The collective bargaining agreement is the contract between the Glastonbury Education Association and the Glastonbury Board of Education. Once negotiated between the parties, the agreement must be ratified by a simple majority of GEA members.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a mutual agreement that two parties. These often occur when situations arise between negotiations periods.
