Negotiations Team

The Negotiations Team is composed of educators from across the district, representing both many schools and the many roles that educators play.  The team researches member concerns, gathers data, writes proposals, and bargains with district leaders through contract negotiations.  

Highlights from the 2025-2029 contract include:

• 3% GWI and guaranteed step increase over all four years

• Paid jury duty

• Guaranteed 30 min lunch

• 13 paid holidays for 12-month teachers
