Not getting on with your brothers and sisters? Here's an activity to help you work together.
Create something you could balance on (these boys used wooden blocks but you can use your imagination here),
Use two sticks, held at each end (see picture), rest a ball on the sticks while you walk down your balance course. Time yourselves and have competitions with your family members.
Fun for the whole whānau .....
Stand on a tin can with one foot. Don't lean on anything or let your foot touch the ground.
How long can you balance for?
Very good- 5 minutes
Super Balancer- 10 minutes or more
The world record for balancing on one foot is 34 hours!
