We do not print certificates, because:
The official record of DCW certification is the AHCCCS DCW Training Database
Some students think printed certificates are all they need
Agencies must verify DCWs directly from the database
After training:
✔ All test scores are uploaded to the AHCCCS database
✔ Agencies can verify DCW history instantly
✔ Students can request a copy of their stored record from the database through their agency
If a student or agency needs proof, we refer them to the database listing.
We offer hands-on CPR/First Aid classes that meet:
✔ National standards
✔ AHCCCS requirements
✔ Navajo Nation employer requirements
These classes are offered separately.
If your agency wants to send employees to us:
Your agency must first enter DCW information into the AHCCCS DCW Training Database
Training fees must be paid by company check
You will receive confirmation when test scores are uploaded
We provide Level 1 and Level 2 APD training
Group training sessions can be scheduled by appointment
For large groups, we can train at your location (when arranged in advance).
