Course Description:
1 Semester 0.5 credit Spring Semester Grades 10-12 (Science Credit)
The major focus of the course is to expose students to the world of agriculture, animal science, and career options. Students participating in the course will have experiences in various animal science concepts with exciting hands-on activities, projects, and problems. Topics to include animal health, animal environments, anatomy and physiology, genetics and reproduction, animal feedstuffs, and job-related safety.
**Note: This course can be transcribed for credit through FVTC with Junior/Senior standing. Course # 10-006-140
