Miss Steil

My name is Miss Steil and I am a 4th grade teacher. This year will be my 7th year at Gilbert and 10th overall. I went to UNI (go Panthers), but I also love supporting the Cyclones! I teach fiction reading/writing and science. I am in the 3-class switch with Mr. Riese and Mrs. Sanduka. When I was in school my favorite subjects were reading and science. I enjoyed reading because my teachers recommended a lot of great books and series to me. I really liked science because of all the hands on activities we got to experience. My students can help me by always coming to class ready to challenge themselves and collaborate. I will help my students by always being there to support them and encourage them to be great leaders. The best thing about teaching is learning something new each and every day.
