In order to receive a letter of recommendation, you must do the following:
Send an email (bholt@ggusd.us) requesting the letter at least two weeks before the deadline. Do NOT just send me a request through the institution. I will not submit any letters without receiving an email request directly from you.
Complete and attach a brag sheet to the email. If you do not already have one completed, you can use this template.
Provide information about the institution or scholarship you are applying for, so I can tailor the letter accordingly. Make sure to include the date the letter is due, where to submit the letter, and any other key details.
I highly recommend that you check in a few days before the letter is due if you have not heard from me to make sure that I have submitted your letter.
