AVID Elective teachers asked AVID students to submit one WICOR shoutout every Wednesday (sometimes once a month) to spotlight a teacher who recently used a WICOR strategy in their class. Students attached a photo as evidence.
75% of our teachers report implementing more focused notetaking this year. We also improved from 58% to 78% of teachers giving students time in class to write in their planners "sometimes" or "daily".
