What is mindfulness? You may have heard of this term before. Mindfulness is another coping technique and it refers to the ability to stay in the present moment, remaining aware of what you are doing and where you are, without being distracted by other forces around us.

Self-Care
Self-care is another important tool that your Student (and you) can engage in to take care of their mental health. Self-care refers to doing activities focused on rehabilitating and caring for oneself in a healthy manner.
