The FACE committee meets twice a year in the fall and spring as well as quarterly with subcommittees.

Selection process for students involved in FACE:

• An application was completed by each student and an interview was conducted by the Forbes Counselors and administration for the seven students that were chosen. Names are not included for confidentiality purposes. (see application below)

The Falcon Advisory Counseling Explorers (FACE) offers information aligned with our Comprehensive School Counseling Program (CSCP) as well as our district learner profile . One of the most recent FACE meetings focused on the implementation of a student recognition program called SOAR. A plan was designed to encourage and educate students on the aspects of the learner profile, identify ways to recognize students for their accomplishments, and celebrate student successes in front of peers and staff. Posters were made and displayed around the campus to highlight this action item. (See pictures below)
