Where should parents sit at football games?
Most parents sit in the stands closest to the band. This is a perfect time to wear your Band Spirit Wear and see your kid!
Am I allowed to visit my students at football games?
Football games are considered to be an extension of the classroom, and for everyone’s safety adults are not allowed into the band section of the stands.
This helps us to keep everyone safe. Students are not allowed to accept outside food and beverages from parents while at football games unless permitted by the Band Director.
Where do I buy football game tickets?
Georgetown ISD Athletic Department does sell Reserved Season Tickets for Varsity football games.

What is a “Tech Shirt”?
Every year, new students receive a red and black dri-fit shirt as a part of their “New Member” package. These shirts are to be worn, as a part of a uniform, when designated by the directors. Students will need to wear one of the three shirts at any marching performance/pep rally.
How will I know when to pick up my student?
Students are encouraged to call/text their parents on the way back to school, but an expected end time will always be posted. A director will also send out a message via ParentSquare.
