Review Welcome Packet as a .pdf
Before you arrive on campus, take a moment to get familiar with Georgetown’s key online systems. These tools help you stay secure, connected, and ready for your summer program. One of the most important tasks is completing your Student Life Forms in CampDoc by the designated deadline.
Pre-Arrival Steps:
Fill out your Student Life Forms in CampDoc

Georgetown Summer Programs for High School Students partners with CampDoc.com, a secure online platform for submitting health and safety information.
Completed Student Life Forms are due at SIX WEEKS BEFORE Arrival, to be eligible for review.
For step-by-step instructions, refer to the CampDoc User Guide (also in your invitation email)
Important: The GoCard Number is the same as your GUID number. This is a 9-digit number that begins with “8.” You can find it in CampDoc next to the student’s name. If you are asked for your GoCard number, please enter this GUID number.
Students who are registered will receive an invitation email from CampDoc (within 2-3 days) sent to their Georgetown email address and the listed parent/guardian email(s) only
Click “Accept invite” to create your CampDoc account.
Follow the prompts to set your password.
Log in and complete all required forms (marked with a red*)
Upload any required documents directly to your CampDoc account.
