We, the members of Alpha Beta Xi of Alpha Phi Omega, with our national, educational, and intellectual heritage in the fellowship of the principles of the Boy Scouts of America as embodied in its Scout Oath and Law, adopt these Chapter Bylaws.

The purpose of this document is to provide guidelines on maintaining a risk- averse chapter of Alpha Phi Omega. It is meant to be a living document of policies on potentially risky behaviors that could put the chapter of Alpha Beta Xi in jeopardy.
