Documentation to Complete for New Families
It is imperative that all students are registered with the KHDA. This needs to happen prior to students starting school.
You will need the following documents:
Emirates ID (or passport of students and parents)
Reports of last school term
KHDA Transfer Certificate (ONLY for UAE schools)
local phone number
Once you have the above, you will then need to see our Government Relations Executive, Ms. Tasnim, who will be able to register you with the KHDA at school.

Medical Form
Each GIS student is required to have a completed Medical Consent Form submitted to the school clinic prior to the start of the academic year.
Please send completed forms to: clinic_gis@gemsedu.com
Please note: a new Medical Consent Form must be submitted each year.

Student and Parent ID badges will be provided to each family.
New families/students: you are required to upload headshot photographs of your child and each parent on GEMS Connect in order for us to prepare the student and parent ID’s.
