Please ensure all contact details and student/parent photos are updated on GEMS Connect before your first day of school
It is imperative that all students are registered with the KHDA. This needs to happen prior to students starting school.
You will need the following documents:
Emirates ID (or passport of students and parents)
Reports of last school term
KHDA Transfer Certificate (ONLY for UAE schools)
local phone number
Once you have the above, you will then need to see our Government Relations Executive, Ms. Tasnim, who will be able to register you with the KHDA at school.

School Trip (local) consent (GEMS connect)
Student and Parent ID badges will be provided to each family.
New families/students: you are required to upload headshot photographs of your child and each parent on GEMS Connect in order for us to prepare the student and parent ID’s.
