GEMS International School uses various forms of communication to ensure that our families stay connected and engaged in their child's educational journey and school community.

Whole School

#WeRGIS Weekly newsletter is shared every week providing updated calendar of events, important divisional announcements and highlights. Kindly bookmark the website and check it regularly for updates.

SMS messaging is used for reminders and emergency messaging. Please ensure you have provided us with the mobile numbers of both parents/guardians. Ensure your contact details are correct on the GEMS Connect App.

Email remains a regular platform for communication between school and home. Should you wish to connect with a specific member of staff to share a celebration, schedule a meeting or inform us that your child will be absent (for instance), email is the recommended means to do so.

Primary School

Toddle for Parents

Toddle is a digital platform where communication about learning, class updates, upcoming events and reminders from the class teacher are shared.

Parent access is provided by the homeroom teacher.

Secondary School

Managebac is the leading learning management system for IB schools, globally. Here, you will find the most current information about your child's academic progress and their engagement with the wider IB programme at GIS.

GEMS Platforms

All newly enrolled parents will receive an automated email from the GEMS ICT Helpdesk with their GEMS Username and Password to access the GEMS Parent Portal, GEMS Connect and GEMS Rewards. If you are not able to see all of your children upon login, please contact our Admissions Manager at m.arias_gis@gemsedu.com

The GEMS Parent Portal and GEMS Connect App can be used to pay fees, make a transfer request or refer a friend to a GEMS school as part of the GEMS Ambassador Program. If you have not received an email with your username and password, please reception on reception_gis@gemsedu.com

An automated email from GEMS ICT with student account credentials are also sent to parents.
