Most syrup mixing charts tell you the proportions of water and sugar but don't tell you how much syrup it will yield. You start mixing only to find out your container is too small and you adjust the sugar and make it weaker than planned.  This chart allows to to select the amount of syrup you want to end up with and add the appropriate amounts of water and sugar to achieve that result.

Choose the Target gallons of either ratio and add the amounts of water and sugar as shown
