July - Big Creek Park's, Aspen Grove shelter for July 19, 2025, from 12:00-4pm.This is our annual potluck picnic. What to bring: Last name – A- I. Bring a type of pasta, rice, potatoes dish. Last name J-S Bring a vegetable dish. Last name T-Z bring a desert dish. We will supply pizza, paper products and drinks. Bring tools to build a beekeeper's toolbox – hammer, screwdriver, glue etc. we supply wood pieces and parts
August - Set up for the County fair, Mon. August 25, 6pm.- 8pm. August 28 - Sept 1 help man our fair booth. Teardown for the fair is Sept 1, 8pm - 9:30pm
September 25 (changed date from 18th) - Getting ready for Winter. How to make a sugar board. Nomination for Officers - President and Secretary and 1 director. .
October 23 (changed date from 16th) - Vote for President, Secretary and 1 Director. Cooking with honey bake off. Black bag Honey Tasting contest. - find out who has the best tasting honey within the Geauga County Beekeepers Association.
