Immediately report any missing or unaccounted asset to the Property Management Office (PMO).
Submit a Munis Adjustment form to the PMO to initiate the missing asset process.
Conduct an internal investigation to locate the missing asset.
You have 15 working days to search for the asset and must provide weekly updates to PMO on your progress.
Notify PMO right away.
Submit a Munis Adjustment to update the asset’s status in the system (to “Found” or “Active”).
After the 15-day investigation period:
Prepare and submit a Certificate of Loss to PMO.
File a police report for the missing asset.
Once the police report is ready for pick-up, update PMO with the report details
