Students get partners:
One person does one exercise for 30 seconds and other does a different exercise for 30 seconds after that they switch.

I pair up one student per quarantined child. After that quarantined child can watch us play the game/drills and complete the drills I posted in google classroom for them to do individually but is the same sport. Example: we just finished a flag football unit so I gave them throwing exercises they can do on their own at home.
The Great Pumpkin Run
Ask permission or go with a parent/caregiver on a walk or run around your neighborhood. Count all the pumpkins that you see and tell me how many you saw on your walk/run. What other decorations did you see? Did you get tired? What made you want to keep going?
This could be modified for any holiday or event; Thanksgiving-Turkey Trot, Christmas- Reindeer Run, Valentine’s- Heart Walk, etc.
