For Technical Questions and support for "how-to" complete assignments, first contact your SCHOOL or TEACHER by email...or...secondly, the Tech Coaches:

Teachers are checking emails daily. Please give us information about the issue you may be having, the school and the student's name and username in the email. We do not need Passwords.

For other Instructional Questions, you may call: 843-436-7036 between the hours of 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday - Thursday. If you cannot leave a Voice Mail, contact the school and /or Teacher.

For Technical Support for devices not working properly, contact the Informational Technology Department at: 843-436-7210 between the hours of 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday - Thursday. You can try connecting a District Device from home. Click HERE for help.

Can I complete a work order from home?

No. You would need to call the number above and or email the Tech Coaches.

What kinds of problems will IT eLearning Support be able to assist me with? I.T. will do our best to provide support on any issues related to connecting devices to your HOME Wi-Fi.

When will this support be available?

Support personnel will be available to take your call between the hours of 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Due to the expected call volume. If you receive a busy signal, or are unable to reach someone, please be sure to try back at the number listed above.
