Tea and Sympathy is a restaurant in Greenwich Village that serves authentic British comfort food ranging from bangers mash to scones with clotted cream. They have been open since 1990 and happen to be one of my mom's favorite places to go! When we went, we got the tea for two with their signature house blend Rosie Lee Tea!
