Elevator pitch: 

For my March Madness project, I will be attempting to make the most environmentally friendly chocolate chip cookie that still mirrors the taste of the real thing. I will be exploring the issues of being a consumer who wants to eat sustainably through a chocolate chip cookie by breaking down each ingredient and finding environmentally friendly alternatives through research gathered online and from interviews. I will be baking various recipes and testing ingredients. My final product will be a chocolate chip cookie recipe that prioritizes taste, social impact, and environmental impact.
