We've always been taught that one way to express ourselves is through art. Why not apply that to expressing our feelings and emotions as well? Since the Zones of Regulation are separated by colors, using art as a means to share feelings is natural! Another study has found that listening to music for just 20 minutes can reduce heart rate, breathing rate, and anxiety
