Test anxiety is uneasiness or apprehension experienced before, during, or after an examination becaus eof concern, worry, or fear. Almost everyone experiences some anxiety. But some students find that anxiety interferes with their learning and test taking to an extent that affects their grades.
Students will identify and explain their own perspectives. Students will identify and discuss perspectives that may be different than their own. Helps with Social Skills. Help young adults build friendships, handle frustrations, and learn that there is no right or wrong way to think about something.
In this lesson, students are visited by the counselor and the School Resource Office to discuss bullying, what it is, and how they can be an upstander.
