• The impact the Declaration of Independence has had on the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights
• The lasting legacy of the Declaration of Independence.

• Identify the intent, meaning, and importance of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights.
