Elementary:
-Teachers use a digital tool like Google Forms to collect immediate feedback, review the data, and design extension and remediation activities for students.
Secondary:
-Teachers create opportunities for students to demonstrate that they have met their learning goals through ePortfolios with embedded formative assessment checkpoints that allow teachers to adapt future lessons.
