Wellbeing and Personal Development
Core subjects are those which all students will study as part of their Key Stage 4 experience. The core is essentially made up of English, Maths, Science and SEL. All students will study:
Maths (one of 4 pathways decided over year 8 and 9 by teachers)
English language and English literature, unless they are in our Language pathway
Coordinated or separate science
Social and Emotional learning (SEL)
Projects... Students will select either the externally or internally assessed route. Projects is not available to students who were placed on a pathway that includes Additional Maths.
