• YRDSB Teacher’s Aide Placement Liability (if in a school)

• YRDSB Placements - Safety Training Agreement (if in a school)

• Public Health & Vulnerable Sector Check Requirements (Animal care/veterinary facilities, daycare centres, EMS, Healthcare facilities, schools, seniors/assisted living, YRP)

ORIENTATION

• Orientation 1st week

Once all your forms have been signed by everyone, you have completed all your course work and your orientation, your Co-op teacher will verify everything, you will have a Pre-Placement Exit Interview and THEN you are ready for work!
