Timetable Changes
The timetable change request process will begin on Friday, January 26th. Please read all of the information below carefully before proceeding.
Important Dates:
Grade 12's requesting to drop a course for a spare, may request to do so as of January 22nd.
January 26th- change request forms open
February 1st- change request forms close
Requests to change a Semester 2 course
Requests for semester two course changes will be considered for a variety of reasons. For example, a change in level (academic to applied) or a change to the elective courses (physics to photography). Please be aware that many of our classes are completely full, so all change requests will be considered subject to availability. Course change requests for a specific teacher or period will not be considered.
Please select the appropriate form below based on the grade that you will be in for the 2023-2024 school year.
Please note that during exams and for the first week of school (January 22nd-February 2nd) there are no guidance appointments available as counsellors will be working on making the requested changes.
The change request form will close on February 1st at 3:00pm. No further changes will be made after this date. Do not wait to book an appointment with your counsellor, it will be too late.
Guidance counsellors will not be able to contact each student to discuss their requests. If a counsellor has questions, they will call you out of class. Please ensure that you follow your current timetable so that you can be easily located. If a request can be made, counsellors will do so and you will be contacted to pick up your new timetable.
This form can only be submitted one time and changes that are made will not be reversed. Please wait until you are completely sure about your requests and complete the form carefully.
