Player A feeds cross court to forehand side of Player B by putting him on the defense
Player A tries to take complete control of the point and finish quickly
Player B tries to defend playing back in the middle deep and stay in the point

Returner tries and take charge of the point by playing aggressive
Before every point starts, remind yourself to be positive with the phrase like (come on, fight, you’ve got this…)
If you say it three points in a row and the opponent can hear you, you”ll get a bonus point
Play first to 10 points
Alternate roles and play again (compare the score to determine the winner)

Serve/Return consistency
Players only serve and return, without playing out the point
Player A serves 25 balls on deuce and 25 balls on ad side of the court
Player B returns 25 balls on deuce and 25 balls on ad side of the court
Goal is to consistently place the ball in the court
Players count how many good serves and returns in a row the made and compare the scores
Alternate roles to serve/return and play again
Practice setup and routines (breathing, fixing the strings, ball bounces...) before each serve/return

Players play 10 points in total, in case of 5:5 they play deciding point
Player A serves only on deuce side 10 points
He tells the player B where his ball will go (forehand side or backhand side)
Player B uses this information to prepare, plan and construct the point

If Player A plays two balls in a row to the same side the set stops
Players are encouraged to cooperate and rally
Count the number of balls hit within one set without mistakes
Goal is 50 balls hit together within a set, duration around 10 min
Alternate the rolls and practice again

Player A feeds 4 balls left and right (from the service line) putting Player B on the defensive
Player B runs and plays cross courts
Player B must play the ball with topspin while running, is not allowed to just push the ball back
Try to push each other when feeding the balls
After the 4th ball was feed Player A moves back and the point is played out
Alternate the rolls every 10 points in total
Count the points and compare the score

Players play points out of the hand (first to 11)
But before each point they take turns in providing a commentary of what is going to happen
If they execute the same action successfully they get a bonus point
