All Applicants:
Sending your IB Scores to Universities
Complete this form by June 3rd to ensure your IB scores are sent to your university.
Universities require your official IB results from the IBO to confirm your enrolment. It is therefore imperative that you complete this form as accurately as possible to ensure that your IB results ("IB transcript") will arrive safely from the IBO to your university. This can also affect the awarding of university credit from your IB subjects towards your university degree.
A maximum of six institutions worldwide can be selected. Students can only hold one firm place in the US or Canada. You can hold multiple conditional offers until July when IBO results come out. It is not possible to place a deposit at two North American universities.
Hard copy of your IB Results
The exams office will be in touch in the next academic year for your updated postal address.
It is exceptionally likely you will need a hard copy of your results in future university and/or job applications. These will be sent to a nominated address by post once we receive them at the school in October. Please look out for an email from the exams office.
Sending off your results on your own
You can send your results to a university after graduation, but you'll have to do this yourself through the IBO website and you will be charged an extra fee per IB transcript sent.
Keep your hard copy of your certificates. And upload a soft copy of your transcript and certificates
Please keep your hard copies of your certificates (iGCSES and IB) in a secure and safe location. Please create a folder that has soft copies of your iGCSEs certificates, transcripts, and your IB Diploma certificate. You will need these for visa purposes, master’s programmes, and job applications. The school cannot help you with these. You must keep these safely!
Maia Learning Update
Please update Maia Learning with your decisions and also choose “attend.” Please ensure all your programmes are also listed. Please also inform your Advisor!
Exit Meeting with Advisor
Students, you will receive an email from your Advisor about how to set up an exit meeting with your Advisor.
English Language Proficiency: Students are responsible for checking their universities and the requirements for English proficiency tests. If these are required, you can request a test waiver or take a test and submit the scores. If you do not submit it and it is a requirement, your application will be incomplete.
Interviewing with a university? Following the interview, please fill in the interview feedback form.
Worldwide External Deadlines - Please note that all external deadlines are in local time zones. For us, that is SGT. Please don’t miss your external deadlines! We recommend that you apply between 7 days - 48 hours before the deadline.
