Outdoor Education

FIB students participate in a 5-night trip to Endau River in Malaysia, involving trekking and kayaking. This trip usually takes place in September and, as well as providing students with the opportunity to develop resilience and independence, gives our new students the chance to bond and get to know one another outside the classroom setting.

For student safety reasons, detailed information on this trip, along with checklists, itinerary and packing list, can be found on the parent portal here (you will need to log in).

There are a number of fully-supervised options trips that FIB students can participate in. These support various part of the curriculum and are offered during the school holidays. Previous optional trips have included cultural immersion tours to China or Spain for students of these languages, an adventure ski trip to Switzerland and a development economics trip to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
