On 5 September, our HLP teachers from both campuses came together for a shared Professional Learning (PL) Day—and it was a real success!
The day was all about connecting, learning from one another, and building stronger ties across our teams. Teachers had the chance to share ideas, exchange strategies, and talk about how we can best support our multilingual learners in fun, meaningful, and effective ways.
A highlight of the day was a special workshop on classroom management, which offered practical tools and strategies for creating positive, inclusive learning environments. Teachers walked away with fresh ideas and renewed confidence in managing diverse classroom settings—something that’s especially valuable in our multilingual programme.
It was great to see so much positive energy, collaboration, and commitment to growing together as a community. The conversations were rich, the ideas inspiring, and the connections made will definitely help us continue working as one united HLP team.
We’re excited to keep this momentum going and look forward to more cross-campus collaboration in the future!
