Immigration information

Our Boarding team arranges for information concerning application for the Singapore Student’s Pass online, and details of what to bring to register for the boarding house. Please bring all the documents required by the ICA with you when you check in to the boarding house.

Do not apply for your child's Singapore Student Pass until you are notified to do so by our office. The In-Principle Approval letter has a two-month validity period from the date that it is issued, and must not expire prior to the student’s appointment at the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). If you apply too early and the approval expires, the whole process has to be repeated.

Please bring the following documentation in the original to complete the Student Pass application:

• Original birth certificate in native language. The birth certificate should include names of both parents and name of child

• If the original birth certificate is not in English, then please obtain an original official translation into English by an official translator

On arrival at Changi International Airport, please make sure you have:

• A copy of your In-Principle Approval letter for your student pass (if applicable)

• Visa (if applicable)

• A completed IMM27 Arrival Card (pick up from the immigration counter at Changi Airport or on the plane).
