Ecosystem Governance

CSLWP Governance

In July 2022, the SHINEonPA Ecosystem adopted a new governance structure in order to better serve the needs of the growing region we support.

This governance structure replaces the Ad Hoc Steering Committee and general membership with a formal structure comprised of three main groups. These groups are the executive committee, a larger advisory board that includes the executive committee, and the general membership of the ecosystem.

In addition to the core groups, the ecosystem has a part-time manager, who serves on the advisory committee, as well as two ecosystem founders, who serve as non-voting representatives to support the ecosystem executive committee and advisory board.

The ecosystem has working committee's that work on behalf of the advisory board to carry out the ecosystem goals and mission.
