Dear Students,

This is the Final Graduation Notice for All Graduating Students.

Graduation Credit Check Completed

At the beginning of the 2025 Spring semester, the IBBA Office completed the graduation credit check for all students. If you did not receive any individual warning from me and you pass all your courses this semester, it means you will graduate successfully; no further confirmation is needed.

Diploma Collection

Once you have received all your final grades and completed the clearance procedures, you may go to the Division of Registration to collect your diploma.

Clearance and Visa Reminder

Collecting your diploma is the final step of the clearance process. Before picking it up, you can continue waiting for your grades and complete the clearance procedures; your student status remains valid. However, after collecting the diploma, you must leave Taiwan within 14 days or apply for a new visa.
