Entrance Instructions

For Graduates:

Date and Time: May 25th, 13:00-14:30 PM

Dress Code: All graduates should wear their gowns.

Venue: Sun Yun-Suan Lecture Hall, TSMC Building, 1st Floor

*During the day, the IBBA office will provide some flowers for graduate students. If you come to the TSMC building before 12:30, please come up 4 floor to take it, or wait after the end of the event to grab it.

For Parents:

Entry: Parents can enter the Sun Yun-Suan lecture hall with the guest tickets, which will inform students to take in advance.

Live stream: Parents who didn’t get the tickets could stay in the 103,104,120,121 classrooms, and the Ming-Guang Common Area to watch the live stream.No assigned seating; feel free to sit anywhere.

Seat

IBBA students should sit in the area marked with green signs. The department name will be posted on the back of the chairs.

Commencement Process

*Follow the MC's instructions throughout the event.

Agenda of events:
1. Singing of the School song
2. Dean's Speech
3. Graduates' Representative Speech
4. Receiving Award:
  - Dean's Award
  - Phi Tau Phi Award
  - Outstanding Academic Performance Award
  - Mei Yiqi Memorial Medal
5. Receiving a certificate from Professors(Check out the photo below):
  - Order: QF, IPMT, IBBA, Econ
  - Each time, two graduates go on stage in pairs to receive their diploma covers from the professors and take a photo.
  - After receiving the diploma, follow the Exit Direction (downwards arrow, the one nearest you) to return to your seat.
6. Collective tassel turning
7. After the ceremony concludes, all IBBA graduate students are invited to gather together for a group photo.
