1. Entering each session provided in Sprout is required in order for GAMUT to be paid for services provided to students through Elwyn

2. Notes must be entered in Sprout within 24 hours of each session 

3. Notes in Sprout must match Central Reach sessions exactly (date, time)

4. If you fail to enter your notes in Sprout after being given feedback, you may be removed from your Elwyn cases

5. If you fail to enter your notes in Sprout within 48 hours, you may not be paid for the missing session(s)

6. You can only provide services at the agreed-upon days/times in the student's IEP.  Makeup hours must be approved by Meredith Viola. Services that are not approved and are outside the regular hours your student receives may not be paid.

7. It is the responsibility of staff to ensure that notes are entered on time and correctly. Technical issues with Central Reach or Sprout must be reported to Meredith Viola within 24 hours to ensure time requirements are met and to ensure that you are paid for the session(s)
