I saved my note incorrectly

Once a note is saved, it cannot be edited. If the date, times of service, or service code (direct, direct:makeup, student absent, etc.) is incorrect, the note has to be deleted and re-entered.

Deleting a note in Sprout:

1. Enter the correct note in Sprout immediately 

2. Email gamutpayroll@gamuteducationalservices.com with the information regarding the note that has to be voided
