First Steps:
Make sure you are using the correct username and password for the site you are trying to access
Correct login information is under the link for Harris CCP in the email you received with your login information
Correct login information is not the login information you received for the training site eLMS
Make sure the password matches exactly (passwords are case-sensitive)
Try adding @elwyn.external.org to the end of your usernameĀ
Example: ViolaM_ext@external.elwyn.org
Next Steps:
If the password is still not working, call Elwyn's IT department for a password reset at 610-891-2222, OR
Use the following link to reset your password https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
When prompted, choose "I forgot my password" to reset
