First Steps:
Make sure all required fields are filled in. Reference Entering a Note in Sprout section for more information on how to fill out individual fields. These include:
Service status
Start date and time
End date and time
Delivery method (if not already selected)
Place of service (if not already selected)
Progress indicator
Progress note
Treatment delivered (at least one code must be selected)
E-signature
If you are missing any field when you click save, it will highlight in red
If you are getting an error code when saving, the missing field (if applicable) will be highlighted in red
If there are no missing fields, see "next steps"

Log in using your Sprout username and password (if required)
Click "Submit a request" in the upper right hand corner
Select "Early Learning Services ELS Support" from the menu and fill in the required fields
Forward the ticket's email receipt to Meredith Viola at mviola@gamuteducationalservices.com
