On Tuesday, 22 October 2024, our Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held. During this meeting, several resolutions were passed, including the following key resolution:
The parents in attendance at the AGM have requested that the School Governing Body (SGB) strictly enforce the agreed-upon terms and conditions related to the payment of school fees. To prevent any actions against parents, we kindly request that all parents and guardians take note of the available options for school fee payment. Please be reminded that school fees are payable in advance. Regardless of the chosen payment option, the first payment is due on the first day of the school year 2025.
Parents can choose one of the following payment options:
School fees:
The school offers the following TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Option 1:
Annual Fee Payment in full by 31 March 2025 at the latest with a 5% discount. Grade R @ R 11 160 and Grades 1- 7 @ R10 800 per learner.
Option 2:
By Debit Order over 12 months of EQUAL payments of Grade R @ R930 and Grades1-7 @ R900 per learner per month from 01 January to 01 December. Any bank charges the school incurs due to insufficient funds available in the parent/ guardian's bank account at the time of their debit order run will be charged and added to the parent's account for school fees
Option 3:
Monthly EQUAL payments by Internet transfer (EFT), bank deposit or cash, cheque or credit/ debit cards from 01 January to 01 December of Grade R @ R930 and Grades1 -7 @ R900 per learner per month. This agreement must be honoured when a parent/guardian exercises their choice to pay school fees by making equal monthly instalments. Parents/guardians cannot decide what amount to pay and when. The school has set commitments that need to be honoured every month. Therefore, every parent/guardian's monthly equal payment contributes to the success of the school's budget. We prefer that only EFT payments be made using your child's Name, Surname and Grade as reference.
