Parent-teacher conferences are an important occasion for parents and teachers to come together in classrooms to discuss teaching plans and students' progress. These meetings also offer parents a valuable opportunity to see the environment where their children learn and grow, fostering a deeper connection with the school community.
Parents attended class meetings led by their children’s teachers. The conference began with the homeroom teachers warmly welcoming parents and providing an overview of the term’s goals and classroom management strategies.
This initial session set a collaborative and optimistic tone for the rest of the day. Following the introductions, parents participated in the election of their representatives, further emphasizing the importance of partnership between families and the school.
Next, teachers from various subjects took turns addressing the parents. They shared their teaching methods, key topics in the curriculum, and practical tips for supporting their children’s learning at home. These presentations provided a clear picture of the academic program and opened the floor to engaging conversations and questions.
Meanwhile, Principal Liu and the heads of the school’s main offices visited classrooms, personally greeting parents and ensuring they felt welcomed.
The lively interactions and meaningful exchanges between parents and teachers created a vibrant and positive atmosphere on campus. The shared dedication to student success was evident, as everyone worked together to build a supportive and collaborative community focused on the well-being of the students.
