2024. 10. 04. International Exchange
Mikunigaoka High School has always been a valued partner of Chenggong High School, fostering a strong relationship even before the pandemic. This time, the director, accompanied by a teacher and a tour guide, visited us to discuss the international exchange activity scheduled for 2025.
Welcoming our guests at the gate, Principal Liu, along with our director and section chief, led the Japanese visitors to the meeting room for the scheduled discussions. Although the exchange lasted only two hours, the outcomes were highly productive.
The event began with a warm exchange of name cards and souvenirs, setting the tone for a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. Following this, our section chief and director introduced Chenggong High School and shared the proposed arrangements for next year’s exchange program.
This upcoming exchange is expected to be a grand event, with nearly 100 visitors joining from Mikunigaoka High School. During the meeting, we had a thorough discussion about the planned activities, which include student presentations and opportunities for Japanese students to join regular classes alongside our students. These arrangements aim to foster deeper interaction and mutual learning among students from both schools.
After the discussion, we gave our guests a tour of the campus, highlighting key areas such as the Insect Science Museum and the auditorium. Our director provided a quick tour of the museum, which will also be part of the exchange activities for the visiting students. Additionally, showing the auditorium in advance allowed the Japanese teachers to evaluate its scale and suitability for their students' planned performances.
The meeting and tour concluded on a positive note, with both parties expressing enthusiasm and commitment to making the 2025 international exchange program a truly meaningful and memorable experience for everyone involved.
