Topics

The rate-limiting factor in processor chips is how we move information. Interconnect is a major rate-limiting factor to overall product performance. Our tool includes thin-film deposition systems for 2D semiconductors, low-k dielectrics and topological interconnects, large-scale bonds & optical inspection, and simulation software for digital twins of advanced packaging.
