As a Program Evaluator for the LL.M. program at Syracuse University, I conducted comprehensive summative evaluations aimed at enhancing program effectiveness and ensuring continuous improvement. My role involved data analysis, visualization, and engaging with stakeholders to align evaluation efforts with their priorities and concerns.
Key Responsibilities and Highlights:
Conducted Summative Evaluations: Analyzed and quantified program conditions using SPSS, identifying key areas for enhancement and assessing overall program effectiveness.
Data Visualization: Created clear and actionable insights from assessment data using Gephi, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic program improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Presented evaluation results independently to the Assistant Dean and key stakeholders, delivering data-driven recommendations that contributed to program enhancements.
Instrument Development: Developed and refined evaluation tools based on stakeholder feedback, achieving a high response rate and ensuring the collection of relevant and actionable data.
Client Collaboration: Fostered strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring evaluations addressed their primary concerns and aligned with program priorities.
Publication Success: The final product of our evaluation was accepted for publication in the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce, titled "International LL.M. Students and Their Experiences: A Case Study of Syracuse University College of Law," showcasing the impactful findings of our work.
