Note from the director:
Seeking 4 actors (any genders, age 18-25) to portray the roles in Walter Todd’s short play The Apple Thief; which will be rehearsed and produced through RIT’s School of Performing Arts advanced directing class.
SYNOPSIS: A thief attempts to convince a child to let him steal apples from the child’s family’s tree. This poignant fable will be rehearsed and produced in an experimental style.
Please come dressed in comfortable clothes, ready to participate in physical improv.
Age 18-25
Willingness/ ability to use your body to portray scenery, objects, and environment.
Collaborative nature: will require close proximity to other actors.
Experience in devising or experimental theater is preferred, but NOT required.
