Metamorphoses is a collection of stories based on Ovid’s 15 works of transformation myths. This show is staged as a series of vignettes, we are performing 3 of the 15. Cosmology sets the stage for the audience, explaining the world's creation. The classic tale of Orpheus and Eurydice is told twice through the perspective of Ovid (8 A.D.) and then again by the poet Rainer Maria Rilke (1908). The last story, Baucis and Philemon shows the good that comes from compassion for others.
