About Science

Here at Richardson High School, we believe that our Science Magnet program offers the best science education in the district, through small class sizes, experienced, dedicated teachers, exciting lab activities, and projects in class.  Our field trips and collaborations with elementary schools help the students get energized about science.

We also offer the greatest variety of science classes in the district, so we know that joining the RHS Science Magnet is a choice to learn with the best science students in the district.

We work outside.  We work inside.  We've got greenhouses, ponds, construction projects, and we're also involved in the community with service hours.

We also try and get involved with organizations such as Texas Parks and Wildlife and the City of Richardson.

We study everything that is related to you - the food that you eat, the air that you breathe, the water you drink, the energy that you use – even the trash you throw away.
