2026 BHS Seniors: Transcript Request (Official and Unofficial) Please see the full process on how to request your transcripts is listed below.
Option 1): Sent through Common App
Option 2): Order official Transcripts for College Admission on GreenLight:
No need to wait for the counselor's office to submit your transcript. You can log in to your GreenLight Locker at any time and send your transcripts to the colleges or scholarship committee directly.
Once you add your counselor as a recommender on the Common App and complete the FERPA waiver, your counselor will be able to upload and send your official high school transcript directly to the colleges you're applying to.
However, it’s important to keep application deadlines in mind, especially if they fall during a school break or holiday.
If your deadline is approaching and school is closed, you can use Greenlight Locker to upload and send your transcript directly to colleges yourself. Plan ahead and reach out if you have any questions!
Seniors, you should have received an email in July with instructions on how to set up your GreenLight Account. Once you activate your account, you can then go in and request transcripts. You can view this video to see how to request/send transcripts with GreenLight.
You can also download a copy of your transcript from Greenlight Locker. While it is unofficial, it can be helpful when filling out college or scholarship applications, and in some cases, it may be accepted as part of the application process.
